Sale of Agricultural Products
Due to the laws involved in the sale of certain agricultural products, certain items will not be supplied unless a valid NPTC (National Proficiency Test Council) or NRoSO (National Register of Spray Operators) certificate or membership number can be produced. The purchaser will be contacted by our office to confirm validation within 48hrs of placing an order and once confirmed, the order will be processed.
Cooling Off Period
As part of the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the purchaser has the right to cancel the order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once the purchaser has confirmed the order we are unable to amend it via the website. If the purchaser wishes to cancel or amend their order, they can do so by telephone to 01757 289191 or through the contact us page of this website. If your order has been processed in the warehouse or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the item back.
Delivery
Items will normally be delivered within 5 -10 working days of placing an order. If the delivery schedule of your order is extended for any reason, we will contact you to advise and you will have the option to receive a full refund or purchase an alternative product.
Returns
Items in their original perfect condition can be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. There will be a handling charge of £20.00 which will be deducted from your refund amount and proof of purchase maybe requested for certain items. The item arriving back at the warehouse is original condition is the responsibility of the purchaser and cost of postage or courier returns is the responsibility of the purchaser. Cropwise Ltd accept online payment via PayPal in a secure environment with Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Credit, Maestro and 'Payment by Post' if you wish to pay by cheque. In addition, Cropwise Ltd will receive credit and debit card payments by telephone, 01757 289191.The Cropwise Ltd website uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) via PayPal to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices & Tax charges
All prices are shown in sterling and are excluding VAT which is currently charged at 20% on postage and the item purchased when you reach the online checkout.

While every effort has been made to display items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
